Young starlet Selena Gomez has gone from a Disney channel sweetheart to a red carpet regular working to develop a style she can call her own. She's still growing up-- and her clothing choices show it. Selena doesn't seem to follow specific patterns yet, but we imagine it won't be long before she does.

Selena's fashion choices are so feminine. Think pinks, light blues and purples. Often times the dress will fall just above the knee, unless Selena opts for a floor-length gown-- as she did at the 2012 Vanity Fair Oscar Party. You'll notice she doesn't shy away from delicate beading and designs.

She proved that with two more of her style choices-- both with long, sheer sleeves. She showed off a mature side in this black and gold Dolce and Gabbana dress at the 2012 Venice Film Festival in Italy. Selena made a similar style pick at the Toronto International Film Festival that same year. The girly number was complete with feminine ruffles and long, beaded sleeves.

Another Selena staple is a sweetheart neckline. She's worn this cut several times before. She looks every bit like a classic Hollywood starlet here, in this blush colored gown.
